PartnersBuild with ERMAIGE as a design partner or ecosystem partner.
Design partner organizations help validate one bounded ERMAIGE workflow against a real enterprise decision in their own control environment. Ecosystem partners help build the governed connections, implementation patterns, assurance methods and shared standards required to scale it.
Partnership pathwaysTwo ways to build with ERMAIGE.
Design partner organizations validate one bounded ERMAIGE workflow against a real enterprise decision. Ecosystem partners help build the governed connections, implementation patterns, assurance methods and standards required to implement, challenge and scale that workflow responsibly.
Two primary pathways
01Bring one consequential decision involving enterprise risk, effective capacity or resource allocation. Co‑design and validate a bounded workflow using your organization's approved data, methods and specialist system outputs.
Best suited for: Banks, insurers, credit unions, asset managers and other complex regulated enterprises.
Explore design partnerships → 02Help build the governed connections, client-isolated deployment patterns, assurance methods and standards required to implement, challenge and scale ERMAIGE responsibly.
Best suited for: Technology providers, systems integrators, consultancies, assurance firms, academic institutions, industry associations and standards bodies.

For prospective clientsStart with one consequential decision.
ERMAIGE design partnerships begin with one consequential enterprise decision where fragmented risk, resource and control information prevents the organization from seeing the whole picture or defending the decision with confidence.
Bounded means one decision, one agreed set of systems, one agreed slice of data and one agreed time window, named in writing before work starts. Within that governed scope, ERMAIGE connects approved data and specialist system outputs, preserves their authority, reconstructs how exposures interact and produces a traceable evidence package for human review. It does not replace authoritative systems.
ERMAIGE is selecting a limited number of organizations for paid, scoped design partnerships with explicit evidence requirements, agreed control boundaries and a defined claim status for every output.
What a design partnership includes
01Readiness and use case definition
Identify one consequential decision, the systems involved, the evidence required and the current limitations in the organization's decision process.
02Governed workflow co-design
Define the data, authority, methodology, control and human accountability requirements for the selected workflow.
03Private institutional validation
Test the workflow against an approved and bounded set of institutional data inside an agreed private and client-isolated environment.
04Evidence review and challenge
Compare ERMAIGE's outputs with the institution's approved methods, subject-matter expertise and existing decision process. Where agreed, an independent assurance partner may challenge the evidence, methods and conclusions.
05Go‑forward decision
Determine whether the workflow should be refined, expanded, advanced toward production or concluded.
Governed outcomeOne real decision. One bounded evidence standard. One honest result.
Design partner deliverablesWhat a design partner receives.
Each completed design partnership is structured to produce four core deliverables, regardless of the go‑forward decision. A finding that the workflow should not advance is still a documented result the client can act on and defend.
Deliverables
01Connected enterprise decision view
A governed reconstruction of how the exposures relevant to the decision interact across the enterprise, using approved system outputs with source identity and authority preserved.
02Evidence and control gap assessment
Where the evidence and controls required to defend the decision exist, where gaps remain and where evidence cannot currently be reconciled.
03Traceable decision package
The assumptions, methods, versions, approvals and source lineage behind the reconstruction, packaged for review by an authorized oversight or assurance function.
04Go‑forward decision brief
A written assessment of whether the workflow should be refined, expanded, advanced toward production or concluded, including what each option would require.
What you keepFour core deliverables, whether the workflow advances or concludes.
Ecosystem partnersFour routes to build the ecosystem around ERMAIGE.
Ecosystem partners help build the governed connections, implementation capabilities, assurance disciplines and standards required to operationalize ERMAIGE responsibly. Each route is bounded by explicit source authority, evidence requirements and claim status.
Ecosystem partner routes
01Technology and connector partners
Build governed connections between ERMAIGE and the systems organizations already use, preserving source identity and field-level authority. For platform vendors, data providers and integration specialists.
02Implementation and advisory partners
Co-design and test secure, client-isolated deployment and operating patterns within an institution's existing control environment. For enterprise systems integrators, core-platform implementers and risk, treasury, data and technology consultancies.
03Assurance and model validation partners
Independently challenge ERMAIGE's methods, controls, evidence sufficiency and decision reconstruction. Identify where conclusions are supported, qualified or unsupported. For audit firms, model validation practices and regulatory advisory teams.
04Research and standards partners
Develop benchmarks, reference methods and interoperability principles for connected risk, effective risk capacity and decision assurance. For academic institutions, industry associations and standards bodies.
Ecosystem principleSpecialist authority preserved, not flattened.
Current statusWhat is real today, and what is not.
Partner conversations start from a stated position rather than a roadmap. This is where the work actually stands in August 2026.

01Available now
A paid WholeRisk and Decision Readiness Diagnostic, and paid design-partner engagements on one bounded workflow.
02Next evidence gate
An integrated synthetic-data alpha, followed by design-partner validation of one bounded institutional workflow using approved data, methods and controls.
03Not yet available
A certified connector program, completed independent security certification, production deployment or validated customer outcome. ERMAIGE does not claim regulatory approval.
Standing positionClaim status stated before it is asked for.
Future connector conformanceA connection should be trusted only when meaning and authority survive it.
The planned conformance model would require connectors to preserve source identity, field-level authority, semantic types, temporal state, methodology versions, errors, reconciliation status and governed writeback behaviour. No certified-connector program is currently offered.

Where fragmented risk, resource and control information prevents a complete and defensible decision, we will assess together whether the problem is suitable for a bounded ERMAIGE design partnership.
